The trip to Algonquin Provincial Park today was a little less than expected. It seemed we spent forever on the road, and didn’t have any chance to hike along the nature trails. The lack of sunshine muted the fall colours even further. Photography-wise, the trip was quite a disappointment.
But…thank goodness there were other sources for sunshine. In the first place, I had decided to go to Algonquin for reasons other than to see the fall colours since I’ve been there before. It may not have been as satisfying as the apple-picking trip last week, but I still had fun. :)
P.S. Avid readers of Shawn’s blog, you’ll be pleased to know that he is blogging again after a 4 mth hiatus.

Did you see our hair?!? Look at the photograph that you’ve posted again. :P HM and I have the same lock of hair flopping over our foreheads.
I swear that that bit of symmetry was totally unplanned. So much for my foolish hope that twinness can be outgrown. :P
But it was a fun day, wasn’t it? :)
