Bake Day

Image hosting by PhotobucketAfter tasting Edmund’s delicious cream puffs last week, I decided I should learn to do it (custard/cream puffs happen to be one of Zibin’s favourite snacks). Edmund came over today and we made chocolate-lavender cream puffs and custard puffs. It was surprisingly QED (quite easily done). Have decided to try and bake more while I’m in Toronto. Another thing I want to make? Egg-tarts!

    Nice blog you have here. And the pastry, it just looks great! Sometimes cooking can look quite tough, when in actual fact it can be rather easy… keep experimenting and hopefully we can exchange pointers when we next meet. Btw, I happen to pen something in my blog abt food too! *wink*
