Singapore

To those of you who have been asking me when I’m returning to Singapore this summer, good news: I have FINALLY purchased my air-ticket :P I’m leaving Toronto on Saturday, June 3, arriving in Singapore on Monday, June 5.

I’ve redeemed 76,000 or so miles from Cathay Pacific on this one-way trip back, and it might be my last time flying Cathay between Toronto-Singapore in the near future. Come end-July/early-August, I will be flying with Zibin (who is going to Cornell for his masters) and we’re thinking of trying the non-stop Singapore-New York SQ flight since Serena & Wing Kwong would already be there. Maybe we can stop over a few days for a visit… (hmm…maybe we could catch Mary Poppins then!)

Anyway, I’ll be back for June and most of July at least. It will be a pretty packed summer I foresee…trip to Indonesia (for wedding stuff among other things), wedding planning, MSSA stuff (Experiences 2006, UofTBound’06), a possible trip to Penang with Zibin’s family, meeting/interviewing people for my thesis, and of course, spending time with family, meeting and catching up with friends…er…*attempts quick mental calculation and gives up* somehow that will all have to fit into the 8 weeks or so that I’m back *wry look*.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with my *narraticons*, it’s something I’ve picked up via some people’s msn habits. I find them pretty informative, don’t you? And if you know me well enough, you could even picture me thinking…*grin*
