Can you imagine waking up to the heavenly aroma of warm chocolate melting over the stove? That was the reality for Melissa and me this weekend… cos Wanting was trying out a chocolate truffle recipe in a magazine for a party she was going to.
All that rich and amazing chocolate melting and then cooling, stirred, swirled, rolled… it reminded me of the opening scene of the movie Chocolat.
The truffles are delightfully rich. And it’s just bliss to be able to indulge in chocolate truffles without having to worry about the cost. Wanting said something about trying the other truffle recipes soon… heh heh… YUM!
