Pilates Burn

It’s been 9 months since I’ve gone for pilates instruction. I’d forgotten how good it can feel and also how tiring it is. Serves me right for not keeping up with it on my own. I could feel the muscle burn everywhere! Quads, thighs, triceps, biceps, oblique abs… especially the abs. I’m not looking forward to the pain I am certain to feel when I wake up tomorrow. *groan*

  1. Yinwei dear, I actually thought of you when I was making this post because you were the one who introduced me to pilates all those years ago, remember? You “converted” me from yoga to pilates…and like you, I can’t quite explain why I’ve come to prefer pilates, but I do. Wouldn’t it be cool to go for pilates class together at Hart House again? :)

    Yes, it would be so much cooler than cool! :)

    I still love Pilates, but I guess I do Yoga more, maybe cos it’s more ‘easily found’. Anyhow, I better think about re-starting my Yoga/Pilates regime… Gotta start finding my abs… :P
