Do you know what grace you need in the current season of your life to deepen your interior journey?

Contemplation is the root that feeds our mission, service, and relationships.

It doesn't matter what the context of our life is - whether it's our role in the family, our identity at work or how we want to be seen by our friends or community - we have some kind of "ideal self" we strive to be.

Wanting our lives to be different and being ready to make that happen are very different things.

When we believe that selflessness and self-sacrifice is a virtue and a hallmark of holiness, "NO" seems to be the hardest word to say without guilt.

Sometimes what we need most in a moment is to just stop, look up, and breathe.
