I knew it as soon as the SMS came through. That a game’s afoot! Oh it’s been so long since I’ve done this… the rush was fantastic!
It just so happens I was listening to the Wicked soundtrack, and my phone buzzed.
Kenneth (Li): This is terrible… I’ve been trying to study for some time today, and I can’t get the soundtrack of Wicked out of my head! Lol… it’s sooooo distracting…
I grinned. I knew what was going to happen. And it did. For those of you who have heard the Wicked soundtrack or watched the musical, try and see how many references from the musical you can catch in the following dialogue!
Me: Ha ha. maybe you can try defying gravity.
Ken: Really now… No good deed goes unpunished you know…
Me: Let’s stop before we go nuts on this! u won’t be able to study!! I hope you prove me wrong. I doubt you will. ha ha
Ken: U ah… Whatever the case, something Baa-aa-aa-d has come out of that reply.
Me: I know, that’s wat makes me so nice!
Ken: Lol… I’m getting this feeling of unadulterated loathing for books now that’s unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe…
Me: Anyway why study so hard? shouldn’t you dance through life, stop studying strife and lead the unexamined life? hee hee!
Ken: Well as u know I’m being deeply shallow right now anyways… I’m limited… Look at me, I’m limited…
Me: And i feel wicked for encouraging your procrastination.
Ken: For the first time? I doubt that Ann… Lol…
Me: Hey I didn’t say first time ok! long time ago did i promise no good deed will i attempt to do again. so let us both be agreed i’m wicked through and through!
Ken: Hmm ok. Agreed. No one mourns the wicked anyways. :P
Me: Maybe it’s possible to be both wicked and popular. best of both worlds!
Ken: Although…who can say if I’ve been changed for the better, because I knew you, I have been changed for good… ok I must get back to Dear Old Shiz and study now. Thanks for the break!
Me: You’re welcome. Guess what’s going on my blog? ha ha
Ken: Oh my Oz.
