On Halloween, Zibin told me a funny story about how a giant banana came into one of his lectures, and how a gorilla came and chased it out of the lecture. Guess what? The pranksters put it on YouTube (what isn’t on YouTube nowadays?!).
It’s too long a clip I think, but still, I’m thinking some of you will appreciate the humour. (I can imagine John laughing away already.) Zibin’s lecture is at timing 1:33 of the clip. I thought one of most amusing parts was right at the end when an unwitting professor had a ‘close-encounter’ with the gorilla. There’s Cornellian humour for you :P
