As 2008 drew to a close this week, God gave me a glimpse of what 2009 holds for me: Healing and mission.
This past couple of weeks, I have realized that there are some parts of my life that require the healing touch of the Divine Physician. In fact, the last two weeks have culminated in my finally being able to acknowledge to myself that there are several parts of my life in which I have withheld forgiveness from myself. I can sense God’s invitation to me to let Him heal me.
The amazing thing about God is that He never coerces. He makes me aware of His presence and love, but He always waits for an invitation from me for Him to do more.
Yes, He loves me… so much that it goes beyond words. I will seek His healing touch; and I believe that I will be healed.
