Just wanted to leave a note to those of my friends in the midst of exam fever in Toronto. All the best…good luck! Amidst all the last minute mugging, stressing, and not-sleeping, here’s a reminder to drink more water and SLEEP as much as you can. It’s been studied and proven that sleep is needed for memory retention, as well as for effective recall (which you will need during the exam!). So…snooze! I’ll be thinking of you all and praying for you…praying that you will have health and peace of heart and mind during this important time. God bless!
